At NBMposter, every piece in our collection is chosen with care and handled with the respect it deserves. These policies are designed to give you complete confidence before, during, and after your purchase.
Condition Grading
Each poster is personally evaluated by our team. We apply a consistent grading scale so you always know exactly what to expect upon arrival.
| Grade | What it means |
|---|---|
| A+ | Exceptional condition — pristine colours, no folds, no restorations. As close to original as possible. |
| A− | Very good condition — may present a very faint trace, minor crease, or a discreet restoration that does not affect the visual impression of the work. |
| B+ | Good overall condition — the image reads beautifully. Paper may show slight aging or lightly marked folds, consistent with the age of the piece. |
| B− | Honest condition — the piece carries visible signs of age or one or more notable restorations. Fully disclosed, and often still a remarkable work at an accessible price point. |
Shipping & Packaging
Every poster leaves our gallery carefully rolled and protected in a reinforced PVC tube and in a box, insured at its declared value. We take the same care packaging your piece as we do selecting it.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Currency & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, our system automatically displays prices converted into USD, EUR or other currencies depending on your location, using live exchange rates with a standard rounding applied. The final charge at checkout reflects the rate at time of purchase.
Returns & Satisfaction
We want every piece you receive to feel exactly right in your space. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment at info@nbmposter.com or by phone at 514.806.1785. Include your order number and a brief description of your concern — we will follow up within one business day with clear next steps.
Once a return is confirmed, the poster must be shipped back within 3 business days of our confirmation, using equivalent protective packaging to ensure the piece arrives safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where an error has been made on our part.
