Classification - Condition of the posters
Each of our posters is evaluated by ourselves in collaboration with our expert in Paris. Here are the global standards for these assessments :
A + : Impeccable condition, like new, colors are fresh, no paper loss
A- : This indicates that there may be a slight dirt, crease or other minor restoration, but in a very discreet way.
B + : Poster in pretty good condition, nice picture, the paper can be slightly yellowed, the folds can be slightly marked.
B- : Poster that can be caused by a stronger coloration than normal, or by one or more important repairs that are remarkable, visible.
Any discrepancy in the state of a poster is not considered as a reason for cancellation of a sale. Please note that we can provide more photos on request if you want to observe more the details or items that have been restored.
All our prices are established in Canadian dollars. Subsequently, to facilitate the transaction of our customers, we have set up a conversion system according to the country of Internet connection of our customers. Thus, all prices vary according to the real exchange rate. Also, our system applies an automatic rounding, after exchange rate. Our foreign exchange currencies are US $ as well as Euros.
We offer a shipping rate of $ 25 for small posters (width of 65 cm or less) and $ 40 for larger posters (width of 65 cm and over) on Canadian territory. For the rest of the world, the delivery rate is $ 40 for small posters and $ 70 for large posters. The shipping rate can vary if the poster is heavy. Sometimes, a small poster which is linen backed could be priced for the shipping as a large one if it is heavy. You will be informed about the shipping rate when you want to conclude the transaction. There is no additional charges for shipping if the order contains more than one poster. All our posters shipped are rolled in a sturdy tube. It is the consignee's responsibility (outside Canada) to pay all import and customs fees that vary from country to country. You will receive tracking information of your package as soon as the order is placed to obtain further information on its shipment.
Regarding our returns policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment to email@example.com or by phone at 514.806.1785. Afterwards, we will send you a detailed confirmation by email. Then you will have to return the poster (s) within three business days of receiving our email which will tell you where you will ship the package. Unfortunately, all this will be insured at your expense, except for a reason that is recognized as faulty on our part. Finally, if all these steps are not respected and executed, the sale will be called FINAL.
