It is an intimate and entirely unexpected image for a Grand Slam poster — and, seen in the context of a tournament played without crowds in a pandemic year, it feels prophetic. The absence of spectators, the stillness, the sense of a ritual maintained against all odds — Seinturier captured it before it happened.
